  • In the event of a pricing error on the website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders & Payments

  • An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment confirmation.

  • We accept payments through secure payment gateway providers, including Razorpay, which may support UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other available payment methods.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of:

In case of an order cancellation initiated by us, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to payment gateway and banking timelines.

6. Returns & Replacements

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy.

Products must generally be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with their original tags and packaging.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with appropriate photographs/videos and order details.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery timelines are 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, remote locations, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Once an order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared via email or SMS.

  • Stackves IT Services is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners once the product has been handed over for delivery.

  • We currently ship within India only.
