At babyproject.shop, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

7-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery of the order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unworn.

  • The product must be in its original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • The product must not be washed, altered, damaged, or otherwise used.

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected upon inspection.

How to Request a Return

To raise a return request, contact us at manage.babyproject@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order ID

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • A brief description of the reason for return

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions within 3–5 business days.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A physically damaged product

  • A defective or manufacturing-faulty product

  • The wrong product shipped by us

If the issue is found to be valid, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and our discretion.

Refunds

Once a returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

If a refund is approved, the applicable amount will be processed through the original payment method or another available payment method, as applicable.

Please note that the refund amount may exclude any non-refundable shipping or applicable charges, where permitted.

  • Returns are not accepted after the 7-day return window.

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged, or are missing original packaging/tags may not be eligible for return.
